Job Responsibilities

1. Conduct data monitoring and analysis according to quality control monitoring plan requirements, and output monitoring reports;

2. Identify and proactively alert operational risks, advising operational departments to avoid them in advance;

3. Collaborate with operations for problem identification and diagnosis, provide operational improvement suggestions, form improvement plans, and oversee the implementation of operational improvements;

4. Collect and explore opportunities for improving operational quality management, participate in discussions about improvement suggestions and plans;

5. Collect warehouse data monitoring needs, design data monitoring templates, and submit monitoring report development requirements;

1、按照质控监控方案要求进行数据监控与分析，输出监控报告；

2、识别并主动预警运营风险，提示运营部门提前规避；

3、协同运营进行问题定位与诊断，提供运营改善建议，形成改善计划并监督运营改善落地；

4、收集并挖掘运营质量管理的改善机会点，参与改善建议与方案的讨论；

5、收集仓库数据监控需求，设计数据监控模板，提交监控报表开发需求；

Skills

Qualifications

1. Educational background: Associate degree or above, in logistics management, statistics, or related fields;

2. Work experience: Over 5 years of relevant work experience;

3. Knowledge and skills: Ability to identify daily business pain points, provide relevant solutions to ensure smooth business operations; proficient in using data analysis tools such as Excel, SQL;

4. Qualities and abilities: Logical thinking, communication skills, and data analysis abilities.
