- Relevant Experience: museums, cultural sites, or tourism
- Education: Degree in Tourism, History, Arts, or related field
- Customer Service: Proven track record (e.g., awards, references, KPIs)
- Technical Skills: Proficient in MS Office (Word, Excel, Outlook)
- Working in Shifts , AM and PM shift
- Acceptance to be photographed
- Public-facing role, serving at Ticketing Counter, Taking visitor in a site Tours, completing visitor interviews…etc
