Job Description
We are looking for an experienced and motivated Salesman to join our Building Materials and AC Spare Parts shop in Al Qusais. The ideal candidate will have strong product knowledge in HVAC materials and building supplies, excellent customer service skills, and the ability to manage daily shop operations efficiently.
Key Responsibilities
- Sell building materials and AC spare parts to walk-in and regular customers
- Handle system invoicing, billing, and order processing
- Maintain accurate stock records and manage inventory levels
- Arrange and organize items in the shop and warehouse
- Issue materials to customers and ensure correct quantities
- Develop customer relationships, bring in new orders, and negotiate pricing
- Provide product guidance on grilles, diffusers, AC gas, and HVAC spare parts
- Ensure cleanliness, organization, and smooth daily shop operations
Requirements
- Proven experience in building materials and AC spare parts sales
- Good knowledge of HVAC products, including grilles, diffusers, and AC gas
- Experience with computerized invoicing and billing systems
- Ability to manage inventory and stock control
- Strong communication and negotiation skills
- Customer-focused, organized, and self-motivated
- Ability to work independently and as part of a team
