About Us:
We are a dynamic Destination Management Company (DMC) delivering exceptional travel experiences. We are seeking an experienced IT professional to manage and support our IT infrastructure, both software and hardware, ensuring smooth operations across our systems.
Key Responsibilities:
- Manage and maintain office hardware (PCs, servers, networking equipment, printers, etc.)
- Provide support for reservation software, B2B platforms, and direct connectivity systems
- Troubleshoot and resolve software and hardware issues promptly
- Ensure smooth daily IT operations for internal teams
- Coordinate with vendors for maintenance, upgrades, and IT projects
- Maintain data security and backup procedures
- Train staff on IT systems and best practices
Skills
Requirements:
- Proven experience in IT support, preferably in travel, hospitality, or DMC environment
- Strong knowledge of reservation software, B2B platforms, and direct connectivity systems
- Proficient in handling both software and hardware troubleshooting
- Networking knowledge (LAN/WAN, VPN, routers, firewalls)
- Strong problem-solving skills and ability to work independently
- Good communication and interpersonal skills
