We are a creative fit-out and interior design company in Dubai, specializing in residential, commercial, and retail projects. We are looking for a talented Graphic Designer, Video Editor & Social Media Manager to create engaging content and actively grow our digital presence across social media platforms.
Key Responsibilities:
• Design high-quality social media posts, brochures, presentations, and marketing materials.
• Capture and edit videos and reels showcasing site progress, completed projects, and design stories.
• Create before-and-after visuals, project walkthroughs, motion graphics, and 3D-style video clips.
• Plan, manage, and execute social media content calendars across Instagram, YouTube, LinkedIn, TikTok, and other platforms.
• Grow social media accounts organically through strategic content, trends, hashtags, and audience engagement.
• Monitor social media performance, insights, and engagement to improve reach and followers.
• Develop creative content ideas aligned with brand identity, business goals, and target audience.
• Stay updated on social media trends, viral formats, and platform algorithms.
• Collaborate with the marketing and design teams to ensure brand consistency.
Pay: AED3,000.00 - AED3,500.00 per month

Skills
Requirements:
• 1–3 years of experience in graphic design, video editing, and social media management.
• Proven experience in growing social media accounts and increasing engagement.
• Proficiency in Adobe Photoshop, Illustrator, Premiere Pro, After Effects, or CapCut.
• Strong understanding of social media platforms, analytics, and content strategies.
• Creative eye for design, layout, typography, and color.
• Knowledge of the fit-out/interior design industry is a plus.
• Excellent communication skills and attention to detail.
• Ability to manage multiple tasks and meet deadlines.
