Ajman Retail F.Z.E is seeking a Tenant Relations Executive to support tenant engagement and ensure smooth communication between tenants and Ajman Retail operations. The role focuses on day-to-day tenant support, complaint handling, and operational coordination.
Key Responsibilities:
Operational Responsibilities
- Act as the primary point of contact for tenants for daily operations and service support.
- Receive, log, track, and resolve tenant complaints and service requests.
- Ensure timely follow-up and closure of tenant issues.
- Conduct regular site visits and tenant check-ins.
- Assist in organizing tenant meetings, forums, and engagement sessions.
- Coordinate with Operations for tenant fit-out activities and facility-related needs.
- Coordinate with Marketing for tenant promotions and campaigns.
- Maintain accurate tenant records, correspondence, and service logs.
- Support tenant onboarding process including inductions, guidelines, and operational readiness.
- Prepare tenant satisfaction reports and service performance summaries.
- Escalate unresolved or high-risk tenant issues to the Tenant Relations Manager with recommendations.

Qualifications & Experience
- Bachelor’s degree in Business Administration or related field (preferred).
- Minimum 3–5 years experience in tenant relations, property management, or retail operations.
- Experience in retail or mall environments is preferred.
