A little taste of your day-to-day:

Every day is different, but you’ll mostly be:
● Welcoming guests with genuine warmth and professionalism, ensuring every visit starts on a positive note
● Managing reservations, walk-ins, and seating plans to keep service flowing smoothly
● Communicating effectively with the service and kitchen teams to coordinate guest needs and special requests
● Maintaining a clean, organized, and inviting host desk and entrance area
● Assisting guests with inquiries, menu highlights, and directions within the restaurant
● Handling ad-hoc duties to support the team and ensure an outstanding dining experience

What we need from you:

● Previous experience in a hostess, customer service, or hospitality role is an advantage
● Excellent communication skills – you’ll be warm, polished, and approachable
● Fluency in Russian is a plus; English proficiency is essential
● Strong organizational skills and the ability to remain calm in a fast-paced environment
● Flexibility to work evenings, weekends, and holidays
● A professional appearance and a genuine passion for hospitality
● Compliance with local laws related to hospitality service and minimum working age requirements
