We’re looking for a Cost & BOQ Analyst to strengthen our Commercial Operations team. This role sits at the heart of decision-making, ensuring financial accuracy, structure, and cost discipline across projects and proposals.

What You’ll Be Doing

• Preparing and managing detailed Bills of Quantities (BOQs) from scopes, RFPs, and internal briefs

• Building precise unit rates and cost structures covering manpower, vehicles, logistics, fuel, and services

• Validating costs against rate cards, supplier pricing, and internal benchmarks

• Identifying risks, gaps, and inconsistencies before they become issues

• Maintaining clean version control and cost traceability

• Working closely with Commercial, Operations, Procurement, and Finance teams

• Supporting bids and proposals with reliable, decision-ready cost data

What We’re Looking For

• 3–6 years’ experience in BOQs, costing, estimation, or cost control

• Strong Excel skills (formulas, structured tables, cost models)

• Ability to interpret scopes and technical documentation confidently

• Detail-driven, structured, and methodical working style

This role exists to protect margins and ensure cost integrity, not to sell.
