1. Human Resource Management
• Full-chain recruitment: For sales and functional positions, expand local channels in Dubai (LinkedIn, Indeed, industry communities) to complete the entire process from screening to onboarding.
• Visa and Compliance: Responsible for handling employee visas throughout their entire lifecycle (new applications, renewals, and cancellations) and purchasing insurance; handling employee relations and labor contracts in accordance with UAE labor law.
• Routine HR duties: Maintain employee files, manage attendance, assist finance with monthly payslips (WPS) and onboarding, transfer and departure procedures.
2. Comprehensive administrative affairs
• Office Operations: Responsible for company procurement, property management, dormitory and vehicle management, and expense reimbursement approval.
• Headquarters Collaboration: Cooperate with headquarters to complete the submission of basic financial statements and cross-departmental information flow.
Skills
• Language and Nationality: Chinese nationality, fluent in both Chinese and English (can be used as a working language for business correspondence and government communication).
• Industry background: At least 2 years of administrative work experience in the Dubai real estate industry, familiar with the operating models of developers (such as Emaar, Damac).
• Professional skills:
o Possess 1-2 years of practical HR experience and be familiar with labor laws and visa procedures.
