Role Overview


We are seeking a dynamic Affiliate & Partnerships Manager to expand Actifunded’s global reach. This role is about building strong partnerships with affiliates, influencers, trading educators, and communities who can connect talented traders to our programs. You will drive growth by creating campaigns that highlight Actifunded’s unique funding model, community benefits, and trader success stories.


Key Responsibilities


Affiliate Acquisition & Onboarding


  • Identify, recruit, and onboard affiliates, influencers, and trading communities across MENA, LATAM, SEA, Africa, and Europe.
  • Negotiate partnership terms (CPA, revenue share, hybrid) tailored to performance and audience quality.
  • Ensure affiliates align with Actifunded’s brand values and transparency standards.


Relationship & Performance Management

  • Serve as the main point of contact for affiliates, providing ongoing support and clear communication.
  • Monitor performance metrics such as sign‑ups, funded account activations, and trader retention.
  • Share insights, creative assets, and strategies to help partners maximize results.


Campaign Strategy & Event Creation

  • Collaborate with the marketing team to design localized campaigns, webinars, trading competitions, and community events.
  • Develop co‑branded promotions and creative activations that showcase Actifunded’s funding opportunities.
  • Scale high‑performing affiliates through incentives and exclusive partnerships.


Tracking, Reporting & Optimization

  • Use affiliate tracking platforms to monitor traffic, conversions, and ROI.
  • Prepare regular performance reports highlighting partner rankings and campaign success.
  • Continuously test creatives, offers, and messaging to optimize conversion rates.


Requirements


  • 3–5 years’ proven experience in affiliate management, partnerships, or digital marketing, ideally within fintech, trading, or prop trading.
  • Strong knowledge of affiliate marketing models (CPA, CPL, Hybrid, Revenue Share).
  • Proven ability to deliver measurable growth (sign‑ups, funded accounts, ROI).
  • Excellent negotiation and communication skills.
  • Creative mindset with experience in event planning and campaign execution.
  • Familiarity with affiliate tracking and CRM tools.
  • Ambitious Business Development Managers, IBs, or Affiliates ready to scale earnings with our team.
  • Ability to leverage industry networks and collaborate with experienced leaders.
  • Uncapped CPA & IB commissions – earning potential tied to portfolio strength.
