Role Overview
We are seeking a dependable Telecalling & Office Assistant to support our real estate operations through outbound calling, lead follow-ups, document formatting, and administrative paperwork. This role suits someone confident on calls, detail-oriented, and proficient in MS Office.
Key Responsibilities
- Make outbound tele-sales and follow-up calls to leads and client databases
- Handle inbound inquiries and coordinate with agents
- Prepare, format, and manage documents using MS Word, Excel, and PowerPoint
- Maintain call logs, lead records, and basic CRM updates
- Assist with paperwork related to listings, agreements, and transactions
- Support day-to-day office administration and coordination
Skills
Required Skills & Experience
- Experience in telecalling / telesales / customer support preferred
- Strong MS Office skills (document formatting is essential)
- Clear spoken and written English (Hindi/other languages an advantage)
- Organized, disciplined, and professional in communication
Compensation
- Salary: AED 2,000 per month (based on experience)
- Commission: Performance-based commission on leads successfully converted and closed
- Additional incentives for consistency and quality follow-ups
