How You’ll Make an Impact:

  • Manage GIS installation and commissioning activities, ensuring successful project close-out phases.
  • Lead and coordinate a diverse GIS installation team, fostering collaboration and high performance.
  • Prepare project schedules and method statements to drive efficiency and quality.
  • Enhance customer satisfaction through proactive communication and stakeholder management.
  • Promote a strong EHS mindset and Zero Harm culture on-site.
  • Develop personnel capabilities and foster a diverse and inclusive work environment.


Skills

What You Bring:

  • Bachelor’s degree in electrical engineering or equivalent from a reputed university.
  • Over 5 to 10 years of experience in high-voltage GIS substations services, including testing and commissioning.
  • Strong knowledge of IEC standards and EU F-Gas regulations for SF₆ handling.
  • Excellent command of spoken and written English and Arabic, with proven interpersonal skills.
  • Effective problem-solving abilities and experience working under pressure in critical situations.
  • Familiarity with GIS equipment, control circuits, and high-voltage testing methodologies.
