Administrative Officer

Position: Administration & Document Control Officer

Location: Dubai

Reporting to: Admin Manager / Office Manager


Key Responsibilities


Collect, record, classify and maintain daily information and data records


Establish and maintain electronic & hardcopy filing systems


Manage document numbering, archiving, retrieval and periodic review


Distribute and track internal notices, circulars and official correspondence


Follow up key action items and maintain tracking logs


Prepare and issue meeting minutes


Assist in preparation of reports, PPTs and statistics


Support audits, HQ inspections and external visits


Perform other administrative duties as assigned


Skills

Requirements :


Diploma or above.


Minimum 2 years experience in admin / document control.


Proficient in MS Office (Excel, Word, Outlook).


Strong attention to detail & confidentiality awareness.


Organized, responsible and proactive.


Experience in construction / engineering companies.


Experience in document control system setup.


Familiar with OA / SharePoint systems.
