Gratia Ladies Saloon is looking for a talented and passionate Nail Artist who is also an All-Rounder to join our team. The ideal candidate should be skilled in nail services while also being capable of assisting with other salon treatments, ensuring excellent customer service and maintaining high salon standards.

Key Responsibilities

Nail Services:

• Perform professional manicures and pedicures
• Apply gel polish, acrylic, gel, BIAB, nail extensions, and nail art
• Maintain nail hygiene, sanitation, and safety standards
• Advise clients on nail care and suitable services

All-Rounder Salon Duties:

• Assist with basic hair services (washing, blow-drying, coloring assistance)
• Perform basic beauty services such as threading, waxing, facials, or henna (if skilled)
• Support other therapists during busy hours
• Maintain cleanliness of workstations, tools, and common salon areas

Customer Service:

• Welcome and assist clients in a friendly and professional manner
• Understand client needs and recommend suitable treatments or products
• Ensure client satisfaction and encourage repeat visits

Requirements & Qualifications

• Proven experience as a Nail Artist (minimum experience preferred)
• Knowledge of nail products, tools, and hygiene standards
• Experience as a salon all-rounder is an advantage
• Ability to multitask and work well in a team
• Good communication and customer-service skills
• Presentable, punctual, and professional attitude
