We’re looking for an Engagement Lead to drive digital engagement and interaction within a community app. This role will own in-app campaigns, communications, and feedback initiatives to enhance user experience.
· Design and manage digital engagement campaigns (onboarding flows, monthly themes, live events, polls, surveys).
· Coordinate in-app communications and push notifications in collaboration with Marketing and Community teams.
· Monitor engagement metrics, analyze feedback, generate actionable insights, and recommend improvements.
· Prepare concise monthly engagement reports and insights.
· Collaborate with multiple stakeholders to align announcements and integrate with internal systems.
· Manage content, campaign, engagement-related queries and ongoing support logs
Skills
· 3–5 years’ experience in digital user engagement, analytics platforms, and digital communications using content planning tools.
· Strong communication and data analysis skills.
· Nice to have: PropTech or real estate technology experience.
