Role Description
We are seeking a long term Sales Engineer / Sales Partner to support and expand our USA-based Predictive Maintenance and Online Condition Monitoring solutions across the GCC / UAE region.
⚠ Important:
Preference will be given to candidates who already have exposure to manufacturing or industrial environments and maintain existing relationships with maintenance, reliability, or automation teams.
This role is best suited for professionals who understand plant operations and can engage directly with technical decision-makers.
This role is ideal for a technically strong and commercially driven professional who can manage customer relationships, provide technical consultation, and drive business growth within industrial sectors.
Compensation
- Base Salary: AED 3,500-4500
- Commission: Up to AED 15,000+ per month, based on performance
(Example: achieving sales of 100+ sensors per month)
- High-performing candidates have strong earning potential
- For professionals with proven experience in predictive maintenance, condition monitoring, or IIoT, the compensation package will be higher and discussed based on experience and performance
Salary figures are indicative and subject to experience and results.
