We’re looking for an experienced healthy meal-prep chef who can prepare diet-plan / fitness-focused meals to a consistently high standard. This role is ideal for someone who already operates from their own kitchen and can reliably source high-quality organic produce and premium meats.
Key Requirements (Must-Have)
• Own kitchen suitable for safe food preparation and bulk cooking.
• Stainless steel cookware & utensils (especially for meat preparation and cooking).
• Strong knowledge of healthy cooking, macros, and diet-plan meal prep (weight loss, muscle gain, low-carb, high-protein, etc.).
• Ability to create and follow structured meal plans (calorie-controlled, portioned, consistent).
• Established network or strong ability to source from reputable organic farmers and butchers in the UAE (quality meats, fresh produce, reliable supply).
• Excellent food hygiene standards and clean working practices.
What You’ll Do
• Prepare healthy meals and meal-prep batches based on client diet goals.
• Develop weekly menu options and tailored meal plans when needed.
• Source ingredients (organic produce, quality meats) and maintain consistent standards.
• Package meals neatly and hygienically for delivery/collection (if applicable).
• Maintain consistency in taste, portioning, quality, and presentation.

• 6 days per week
• 1 day off per week
Salary
• AED 4,000 – AED 8,000 per month, depending on experience
