Description
In this role, you will support and execute the institution’s marketing strategy by coordinating campaigns, managing content production, maintaining brand standards, and contributing to community engagement initiatives. You will work closely with internal stakeholders to ensure consistent messaging, timely delivery, and measurable marketing impact across all channels.
Role & Responsibilities:
- Coordinate the marketing calendar, schedules, and creative timetables, ensuring timely delivery of all marketing assets.
- Lead and execute marketing initiatives, campaigns, and social media content to promote school activities, events, and engagement.
- Oversee brand consistency across all communications, materials, and visual assets, including brochures, videos, photography, and environmental branding.
- Plan, support, and manage events and activations across the UAE, including the production of the annual conference and competition magazine.
- Track marketing budgets, organise and archive documents, and maintain accurate departmental records.
- Schedule and coordinate meetings, follow up on action items, and generate reports on marketing performance and budget utilisation.
- Provide data, insights, and analytics to evaluate marketing effectiveness and identify improvement opportunities.
- Support community engagement initiatives, respond to customer enquiries, and ensure high standards of service.
- Conduct market research, monitor trends, and stay up to date with industry best practices and emerging technologies.
- Collaborate with internal teams and designers to create high-quality content and execute cross-functional marketing activities.
Skills
kills & Competencies:
- Strong knowledge of digital marketing techniques and platforms
- Proficiency in Google Analytics, social media management tools, and content management systems
- Proven experience in SEO, growth marketing, and Google & Meta Ads
- Strong organisational, planning, and time-management abilities
- Ability to manage multiple tasks and deadlines with high attention to detail
- Analytical mindset with experience in reporting, data analysis, and performance tracking
- Positive attitude, strong work ethic, and willingness to take on new challenges
- Strong interpersonal skills with a customer-focused and collaborative approach
Education & Qualifications:
- Bachelor’s degree in Marketing, Communications, Business Administration, or a related field
- 7 years of proven experience in marketing, customer service, or related roles for government / semi-government and/or education sector.
- Fluent in Arabic and English
