In this role, you will serve as the primary point of contact for major projects, working closely with cross-functional teams and clients to plan initiatives, manage timelines, and deliver projects successfully from start to finish. Each major project will be assigned to a dedicated Project Manager.
Role & Responsibilities
- Serve as the primary point of contact for major projects, coordinating across Marketing, IT, Operations, and client stakeholders
- Lead, mentor, and oversee marketing, operations, and IT/development teams to ensure alignment and performance
- Collaborate directly with clients to gather requirements and translate them into clear, actionable project plans
- Facilitate brainstorming sessions, planning workshops, and strategy meetings with internal teams and clients
- Plan, track, and manage projects to ensure on-time delivery and adherence to defined scope
- Optimize workflows, enhance operational efficiency, and implement best practices across teams
- Monitor project performance, identify risks, and provide actionable insights and reporting to management
- Proactively identify and resolve issues to ensure seamless cross-functional collaboration
Skills
Skills & Competencies:
- Excellent written and verbal communication skills in English (Russian is a plus)
- Familiarity with project management tools and methodologies
- Strong leadership, organizational, and problem-solving abilities
- Detail-oriented, proactive, and able to manage multiple priorities simultaneously
- Experience coordinating between marketing, development, and client-facing teams
Education & Qualifications:
- Bachelor’s degree in Business, Economics, Management, or a related field
- Experience in marketing, web, or app development preferred
- Strong understanding of cross-functional project workflows
- Proven experience in marketing, operations, or IT project coordination
- 5+ years of project management experience leading cross-functional teams
