Role Overview

We are looking for a highly organized, proactive, and sales-driven Reception Supervisor to lead our front desk operations. This role is crucial in driving revenue across the salon, spa, retail store, and yoga classes, while ensuring seamless coordination of the reception team, schedules, and daily operations.

The ideal candidate combines excellent sales skills, strong people management, and exceptional organizational and coordination abilities, with a passion for wellness and hospitality.

Key Responsibilities

Sales & Revenue Growth

  • Actively promote and sell salon services, spa treatments, yoga classes, memberships, workshops, and retail products
  • Upsell and cross-sell services to maximize guest spend and overall studio revenue
  • Train and motivate the reception team to confidently sell and meet sales targets
  • Track daily, weekly, and monthly sales performance and contribute ideas to improve results
  • Support promotions, campaigns, and special events to drive bookings and walk-ins

Reception & Guest Experience

  • Ensure a warm, welcoming, and professional guest experience at all times
  • Handle guest inquiries, bookings, complaints, and special requests with care and efficiency
  • Maintain high service standards aligned with Samadhi’s luxury and wellness positioning
  • Oversee cash handling, POS systems, and end-of-day reconciliation

Team Supervision & Coordination

  • Supervise, train, and support the reception team to ensure smooth daily operations
  • Create and manage reception schedules, ensuring proper coverage at all times
  • Coordinate closely with yoga teachers, therapists, salon staff, and management
  • Act as the main point of contact between reception and other departments
  • Ensure clear communication and smooth flow of information across the team

Operations & Administration

  • Manage booking systems for yoga, salon, spa, and events
  • Monitor attendance, no-shows, and last-minute changes to optimize schedules
  • Ensure reception area, retail displays, and front desk are always organized and presentable
  • Support inventory coordination for retail products and promotional materials
  • Assist management with reports, insights, and operational improvements

Requirements & Skills

  • Proven experience in reception supervision, hospitality, wellness, salon, or luxury service environments
  • Strong sales background with the ability to upsell and close confidently
  • Excellent coordination and organizational skills
  • Experience managing schedules and supervising teams
  • Outstanding communication and interpersonal skills
  • Customer-focused mindset with attention to detail
  • Comfortable working with booking systems, POS, and basic reporting
  • Fluent in English (additional languages are a plus)
  • Passion for wellness, yoga, beauty, and holistic living is highly desirable
