We are seeking a highly organized and proactive Executive / Administrative Assistant to support senior leadership and ensure smooth day-to-day operations. This role is central to keeping the office efficient, organized, and running ahead of schedule. The ideal candidate is detail-oriented, discreet, and thrives in a fast-paced professional environment.
Key Responsibilities:
- Manage calendars, meetings, travel arrangements, and reminders for executives
- Handle correspondence, emails, and document preparation
- Coordinate internal and external communications
- Organize files, reports, and confidential information
- Support daily administrative and office operations
- Assist with basic reporting, follow-ups, and task tracking
Working Hours: Monday–Friday, 8:00 AM–5:00 PM
Skills
Proven experience as an Executive or Administrative Assistant
Excellent organizational and time-management skills
Strong written and verbal communication
High attention to detail and confidentiality
Proficiency in MS Office / Google Workspace
Ability to multitask, prioritize, and work independently
