AI Automations Engineer
Job Description
We are a Dubai-based startup looking for an AI Automations Engineer to design, build, and maintain AI-powered automation workflows for business operations.
The role focuses on automating real processes such as sales, operations, reporting, and customer workflows using AI models and automation tools. You will integrate APIs, connect systems, and ensure automations run reliably with minimal human input.
This role requires strong systems thinking, hands-on automation experience, and the ability to translate business needs into scalable automated solutions.

Required:
• Experience with automation tools (n8n, Make, or Zapier)
• Experience integrating AI / LLM APIs (OpenAI, Claude, etc.)
• Strong understanding of APIs, webhooks, and JSON
• Ability to build end-to-end automation workflows
• Basic knowledge of JavaScript or Python
• Experience automating business or B2B processes
Preferred:
• CRM automation experience (HubSpot, Zoho, Salesforce)
• Database tools (Airtable, Supabase, PostgreSQL)
• Startup or SaaS experience
• Strong problem-solving and systems thinking skills
