Responsibilities:
Implement and monitor safety policies, procedures, and programs in accordance with local regulations and company standards.
Conduct regular site inspections, identify hazards, report incidents and violations, and follow up on investigations and corrective/preventive actions.
Deliver safety training sessions and Toolbox Talks in Arabic and English, and support project teams in risk assessments and Job Safety Analysis (JSA).
Maintain accurate records of safety performance, incidents, and corrective measures, ensuring proper use of PPE and enforcement of safety rules while coordinating with authorities and contractors.
Participate in safety meetings and contribute to overall site safety improvements.
Occupational health and safety certifications (e.g., Aid, NEBOSH, IOSH) are a MUST.
2–3 years of experience in the UAE construction industry is a MUST.

Skills
Qualifications:
Diploma or bachelor’s degree in occupational health & safety or a related field.
Good knowledge of UAE occupational health and safety regulations and compliance requirements.
Strong communication skills with the ability to provide training and awareness in Arabic and English.
Ability to identify hazards and take appropriate action.
Good organizational and follow-up skills.
Ability to work effectively in multicultural environments and under pressure.
