We are looking for a Logistics Coordinator & Pricing Executive with hands-on experience in freight operations, shipment coordination, and rate management. The role supports sales and operations by handling end-to-end shipment coordination, carrier pricing, and customer quotations.

Logistics Coordination

• Coordinate air, sea, and land freight shipments
• Handle booking with shipping lines, airlines, and transporters
• Prepare and verify shipping documents:
• BL / AWB
• Commercial invoices
• Packing lists
• Delivery orders
• Coordinate with:
• Customs brokers
• Warehouses
• Transport providers
• Track shipments and update clients on status
• Resolve shipment delays, damages, and discrepancies
• Ensure compliance with UAE customs and trade regulations

Pricing & Costing

• Prepare freight quotations for customers
• Request and negotiate rates with:
• Shipping lines
• Airlines
• Transporters
• Overseas agents
• Maintain and update rate sheets
• Support sales team with competitive pricing
• Analyze costs and margins
• Ensure accuracy of billing and job costing

Candidate Requirements

• 3–5 years experience in:
• Freight forwarding
• Logistics coordination
• Pricing / rate management
• Good knowledge of:
• Air, Sea & Land freight operations
• Incoterms
• UAE customs procedures
• Strong communication and coordination skills
• Ability to handle multiple shipments
• Detail-oriented and organized

Preferred Qualifications

• Experience in UAE logistics market
• Knowledge of Free Zone & Mainland operations
• Familiarity with freight software / ERP / CRM systems
• Ability to work under pressure
