About the Role:

Supporting recipe development, innovation, and team training to meet production and quality standards. .

Activities:

• Plan, organize, and supervise daily production activities within the assigned section


• Prepare and produce a wide range of bakery and pastry items, including cakes, bread, pies, and viennoiseries,


• following standard recipes and specifications.


• Manage ingredient and material usage to minimize waste and control production costs


• Collaborate with the Sous Chef and Production Manager to plan production schedules and meet order


• requirements.


• Monitor product quality, portioning, and presentation to ensure consistency and compliance with company


• standards.

Requirement:

The Potential candidates must meet the requirements mentioned below:

• Certification in Bakery or Pastry Production.


• Diploma in Hotel Management or Culinary Arts.


• 2-3 years of experience as Demi Chef de Partie or Jr. Sous Chef in Bread, Pastry, or Hot & Cold Kitchen.


• Excellent knowledge of bakery and pastry production methods.


• Good written and spoken English essential.


• Knowledge of HACCP, hygiene, and food safety procedures.
