Skills
You should have
- Solid kitchen experience
- Ability to work fast without losing quality
- You know your way around a knife
- You understand stock, storage, and food rotation
- You follow food safety and HACCP rules without shortcuts
- Experience in Mexican cuisine is a plus
- Team-first mindset
