Senior Sales Planning Manager Automotive Spare Parts Dubai is a senior leadership role responsible for driving sales growth, pricing strategy, and inventory planning across the UAE and GCC market.




We are seeking a high-impact Senior Sales Planning Manager to lead the Automotive Spare Parts / Industrial Equipment business across Dubai and the GCC region.
This role is for a strategic thinker who can turn data into revenue, control inventory costs, and protect market share in a highly competitive aftermarket.




You will own forecasting, inventory planning, pricing strategy, market intelligence, and performance analytics for the parts division.



What You Will Own
1. Sales Forecasting & Demand Planning


  • Build accurate monthly, quarterly, and annual sales forecasts using historical data, market trends, and seasonality.






  • Create demand models for UAE & GCC automotive aftermarket.






2. Inventory & Stock Optimization


  • Control Stock on Hand (SOH) and reduce slow-moving and dead stock.






  • Balance availability of fast-moving parts with working capital efficiency.






3. Pricing & Margin Strategy


  • Design competitive pricing models to win against local distributors and grey market players.






  • Protect profit margins while increasing market penetration.






4. Performance Analytics & Reporting


  • Track KPIs: sales growth, gross margin, forecast accuracy, inventory turnover, and team performance.






  • Deliver executive dashboards and action plans.






5. Market Intelligence


  • Monitor competitors, customer buying behavior, and grey market risks.






  • Adjust pricing, promotions, and stocking strategies based on insights.






6. B2B Promotion & Loyalty Programs


  • Plan seasonal campaigns for workshops, fleet owners, and dealers.






  • Design loyalty programs that drive repeat business.






7. Team Leadership


  • Lead and mentor a team of analysts and sales coordinators.






  • Align targets, accountability, and performance culture.





What You Must Bring


  • 7–10 years in Sales Planning, Demand Planning, or Business Analysis
    (Automotive Spare Parts or Machinery Parts only).






  • Bachelor’s in Business, Supply Chain, or Statistics (MBA preferred).






  • Advanced Excel (Power Pivot, Macros, Dashboards).






  • ERP: SAP, Oracle, Automotive DMS.






  • Strong commercial mindset with analytical depth.






  • Knowledge of Dubai automotive aftermarket & Jebel Ali logistics ecosystem.
