The Dental Assistant supports dentists in all aspects of patient care, clinical procedures, and administrative tasks. They ensure the smooth operation of the dental clinic and help maintain a comfortable and safe environment for patients.
Responsibilities:
- Assist the dentist during dental procedures, including chairside support.
- Prepare and sterilize dental instruments and equipment.
- Take and develop dental X-rays as required.
- Record and maintain accurate patient medical and dental histories.
- Educate patients on oral hygiene and post-treatment care.
- Schedule appointments and manage patient records.
- Maintain inventory of dental supplies and materials.
- Ensure compliance with infection control and safety protocols.
- Handle administrative tasks as needed to support clinic operations.
Qualifications:
