Description
Develop, implement, and maintain a comprehensive QA framework for the platform.Manage planning, scheduling, and execution of platform releases.Design and execute detailed test plans, including UAT and automated testing solutions.Collaborate with cybersecurity teams for performance and security testing.Build and maintain a repository of test cases reflecting platform evolution.Monitor QA metrics and provide actionable insights to leadership.Drive innovation and continuous improvement in QA processes.




Profile
Bachelor's degree in Computer Science, Software Engineering, Information Systems, or related field.Minimum 9 years of experience in QA and release management, with proven leadership capability.Strong strategic thinking and decision-making skills.Experience with enterprise-level platforms and cross-functional teams.Expertise in automated testing, UAT, and security testing.Effective collaborator with a track record of driving results.
