Role Overview


As Marketing & Business Development Manager, you are responsible for shaping Booming Lifestyle’s market presence, driving structured growth, and strengthening relationships with developers, partners, and agents. This role combines strategic marketing, business development, and operational excellence and reports directly to the CEO.

You are both analytical and commercially minded, with the ability to translate strategy into execution while maintaining absolute clarity, structure, and quality across all initiatives.


Key Responsibilities

1. Strategic Marketing & Brand Positioning

  • Develop and execute the international marketing strategy for Dubai and Ibiza.
  • Increase brand visibility across Google, social media, and digital platforms.
  • Plan, manage, and optimize campaigns including SEO, paid media, email marketing, and partnerships.
  • Ensure consistent brand tone, design, and communication across all channels.
  • Monitor performance, analyze results, and report on key marketing metrics and ROI.

2. Business Development & Partnerships

  • Build and maintain long-term relationships with developers, agencies, and investors in Dubai and Spain.
  • Negotiate and manage partnerships with property developers and real estate stakeholders.
  • Coordinate API-based property integrations and exclusive listing opportunities.
  • Represent Booming Lifestyle at industry events, meetings, and international gatherings.

3. Agent Recruitment & Network Development

  • Identify, recruit, and onboard independent real estate agents in Dubai, Ibiza, and Spain.
  • Develop onboarding materials, training frameworks, and performance guidelines.
  • Coordinate lead distribution and ensure smooth collaboration between agents and management.
  • Deliver monthly performance reports and strategic recommendations directly to the CEO.

4. Operational & Administrative Excellence

  • Set up and maintain a structured CRM and property database.
  • Develop reporting systems, checklists, and process documentation.
  • Supervise accuracy and consistency of property listings and partner data.
  • Maintain oversight of deadlines, marketing calendars, and project pipelines.


Skills

Candidate Profile

Education

  • Master’s degree in Business Administration, Marketing, Real Estate, or a related field.
  • Postgraduate specialization (MBA or equivalent) in Digital Marketing, Real Estate Finance, or Luxury Brand Management is an advantage.

Experience

  • Minimum 8 years of relevant professional experience, including:
  • 4+ years in marketing and business development roles.
  • 3+ years in project or team management within real estate, hospitality, or the luxury sector.
  • Proven experience managing CRM systems, marketing campaigns, and partnerships end-to-end.
  • Demonstrated ability to work with developers, brokers, and investment-focused clients.
  • Strong record in building structure, reporting systems, and operational clarity within a growing organization.

Technical Expertise

  • CRM & Databases: HubSpot, Pipedrive, Salesforce, Airtable, Notion
  • Project Management: Asana, Monday.com, ClickUp
  • Marketing & Automation: Google Ads, Meta Business Suite, Mailchimp, ActiveCampaign
  • SEO & Analytics: Google Analytics 4, Search Console, SEMrush, Ahrefs
  • CMS & Property Systems: WordPress, Webflow, API/XML property feeds
  • Reporting: Google Sheets, Excel (advanced), Google Data Studio

  • Highly structured, accurate, and disciplined working style.
  • Commercially driven with a clear understanding of luxury markets.
  • Technically literate with a deep understanding of modern marketing ecosystems.
  • Professional, discreet, and confident in international environments.
  • Fluent in English; Spanish and/or Arabic is a strong advantage.
  • Able to work independently while reporting clearly to senior management.

Reporting Line

  • Reports directly to the CEO / Founder.
  • Provides structured weekly and monthly reports on marketing performance, partnerships, and agent activity.
  • Works closely with technical and creative teams to ensure consistent execution and results.
