Job Summary



We are seeking a results-driven Sales Manager with strong experience in UAE real estate development or brokerage, specifically in off-plan residential and mixed-use projects. This role will be responsible for driving unit sales across assigned projects, managing broker relationships, supporting sales launches, and converting qualified leads into successful transactions.



The ideal candidate will combine hands-on deal-closing expertise with structured sales execution, market awareness, and the ability to work closely with marketing, senior leadership, and external channel partners to achieve aggressive sales targets aligned with project delivery timelines.


Key Responsibilities



Sales Execution & Revenue Growth




  • Develop and execute sales strategies for ongoing and upcoming real estate development projects, ensuring alignment with revenue targets and launch schedules

  • Drive sales across off-plan and ready properties through direct client engagement and broker networks

  • Manage the full sales cycle including client qualification, presentations, negotiations, booking, and closure


Broker & Channel Management




  • Build, manage, and expand relationships with local and international brokerage firms

  • Conduct broker briefings, project trainings, and incentive rollouts to maximize channel performance

  • Monitor broker performance and ensure compliance with agreed commercial terms


Project Launch & Marketing Coordination




  • Work closely with the Marketing team on campaign execution, lead generation strategies, and project launch plans

  • Actively support project launches, roadshows, exhibitions, and site visits

  • Ensure timely follow-up on inbound leads and campaign-driven inquiries


Client Engagement & Deal Closure




  • Handle high-value client negotiations, pricing discussions, payment plans, and deal structuring

  • Deliver a premium client experience, from initial inquiry to handover coordination

  • Maintain strong relationships with investors, end-users, and HNIs


Market Intelligence & Reporting




  • Monitor real estate market trends, competitor projects, pricing strategies, and customer preferences

  • Provide regular sales reports, forecasts, and performance insights to the Sales Director / Head of Sales

  • Maintain accurate CRM records and pipeline tracking


Compliance & Governance




  • Ensure adherence to internal sales processes, documentation standards, and UAE real estate regulations

  • Coordinate with Legal and Finance teams on contracts, approvals, and payment milestones

Required Qualifications & Experience




  • Bachelor’s degree in business, Marketing, Real Estate, or a related field

  • 5–8 years of UAE real estate sales experience, mandatory with a developer or brokerage

  • Mandatory experience in off-plan property sales

  • Proven track record of achieving and exceeding sales targets

  • Strong negotiation, closing, and client relationship management skills

  • Experience working with CRM systems and structured sales reporting
