The Client:

A live communications agency, that provides fully integrated services enabling excellence in Advertising, Events, Public Relations, and digital and social media. They work on amazing campaigns work with high-profile government and private sector corporations globally.

Role Responsibilities:

• Represent the country and Pavilion and all its stakeholders in a professional, friendly, engaging way


• Be engaging and ensure all guests/visitors are provided with any information regarding the Pavilion: events, sponsors, etc.


• Ensure Pavilion guests have an engaging and pleasant experience while in the Pavilion


• Ensure guest/visitor satisfaction


• Be the point of contact between Pavilion members and guests/visitors: ensure messages, information is shared.


• Control and monitor the guest flow


• Ensure the safety of the visitors at all times


• Ensure Covid precautionary measures are respected


• Ensure the Pavilion is always in order, organized, clean, and report any concerns/issues.


• Comply with EXPO 2020 regulations/procedures

Role Requirements:

• Languages: Fluent/native Urdu and second language such as Arabic, English, Chinese, French, Spanish.


• Previous experience in similar roles (events, hospitality)


• Excellent presentation and communication skills


• Must be positive, dynamic, and a people-person


• Administrative skills, multitasking, and go-getter


• University student or recent graduate


• Male and female candidates are welcome to apply


• Residency visa preferred but not mandatory

Details:

• 6-month fixed term contract


• Package: TBC


• Expected start date: mid-September 2021(training sessions will be offered prior to start date)
