We're recruiting an International Sales Manager – Construction Chemicals for one of our clients, a leading construction chemicals organization in Dubai, UAE.
About Our Client:
Our client is a well-established construction chemicals company based in Dubai, serving the UAE and regional markets. The company specializes in delivering high-performance chemical solutions for the construction industry, including products used in infrastructure, commercial, and large-scale development projects.
Key Responsibilities:

Develop and execute a comprehensive go-to-market strategy for key East African hubs, including Kenya, Tanzania, and Uganda
Take full accountability for the region’s profit and loss (P&L) performance, including revenue growth and margin targets
Monitor local competitors as well as global players to refine pricing strategies and product positioning continuously
Recruit, onboard, train, and manage local distributors to ensure effective market coverage and product reach
Conduct on-site product trials, demonstrations, and technical engagements with customers and stakeholders

Requirements

Bachelor’s degree in Chemical Engineering, Civil Engineering, or Chemistry; an MBA is highly preferred
7–12+ years of experience in construction chemicals, such as admixtures, flooring systems, sealants, or waterproofing solutions
Willingness to travel extensively, with 50%–70% regional travel across East Africa and active on-site involvement
Fluency in English is mandatory; knowledge of Swahili is a strong competitive advantage in the East African market
