At TK Elevator UAE, the Spare Parts Business Excellence (SPBE) Intern will be as part of the Service team in the Regional Center.
Reports directly to the Service Sales Manager. Hands-on experience may include:
- Expert Knowledge in Microsoft office (especially Excel and Pivot table)
- Big data analytics
- Have background in Elev/Esc spare parts
- Have background on how to classify and categorize the spare parts
- Analyze the spare part prices in different markets within ME countries
- Know how to maintain all prices in the central TKE pricing tool
- Provide arguments to our customers about prices and price levels
- Solving customer feedback and problems regarding spare parts pricing
- Material harmonization for spare parts in close coordination with the different supply units
