Key Responsibilities

• Lead and manage end?to?end ERP implementation projects (functional or technical).
• Drive technology assessment, vendor evaluation, solution feasibility, and system testing activities.
• Oversee project planning, timelines, scope management, risk mitigation, and budget control.
• Collaborate closely with cross?functional teams, including technical, functional, business, and external partners.
• Ensure high?quality delivery of technology solutions through structured testing, validation, and deployment strategies.
• Facilitate strong communication and reporting with stakeholders, including C?suite executives.
• Provide leadership, guidance, and support to project team members across multiple workstreams.
• Ensure compliance with organizational governance, project methodologies, and best practices.
• Drive continuous improvement and promote adoption of new tools, processes, and technologies.

Skills

Desired Profile

• 12–15 years of total work experience, with 10–12 years in technology project management.
• Proven experience in ERP project management (critical and non?negotiable).
• Background in Tax Technology – highly desirable.
• Prior experience in ERP implementation (functional or technical) – desirable.
• Comfortable working with diverse teams across business, operations, and IT functions.
• Strong people management and team leadership skills.
• Demonstrated experience engaging with and influencing C?level executives.
• Ability to handle complex programs with multiple stakeholders and competing priorities.
• Excellent communication, problem?solving, and decision?making skills.
• PMP, PRINCE2, or similar certifications (preferred but not mandatory).
