Jobs at this level are responsible for
- Proposing methods, strategy and supervision of management of the multi-disciplined proposals under his responsibility with accountability for staff supervision and proposal quality and completion.

Responsibilities:
• Manage and oversee the preparation and execution of several multi-discipline EPC bids.
• Contribute to the department’s annual budget by identifying resource requirements, estimating tendering costs, and optimizing allocation to support bidding activities .
• Direct and manage estimation and bidding processes Review.
• Maintain effective relationships with clients, partners, and subcontractors.
• Develop and define bidding strategies.
• Ensure that all agreed strategies and set procedures are effectively implemented.
• Motivate, train, develop, and appraise staff to enhance departmental capabilities.
• Ensure full implementation and compliance with Health, Safety, and Environmental (HSE) standards.
• Coordinate and liaise with executive management and consortium partners on joint venture bidding strategies.
• Maintain and continuously improve estimation norms, databases, and benchmarking systems.
• Collaborate with department management in developing and implementing clear objectives, performance indicators, and strategic initiatives.
• Ensure the formation and integration of bidding strategies across multiple tenders.
Qualifications:
• Bachelor’s Degree in Engineering (Preferably in Mechanical or Electrical) or equivalent.
• Minimum 15 years' experience in Oil & Gas Industry, of which at least 06 years in managerial
