Coordinate architectural design activities between internal teams, consultants, and project management.
Review, verify, and consolidate architectural drawings, shop drawings, and specifications for compliance with project requirements and codes.
Ensure timely submission of design deliverables, IFC drawings, and consultant review comments.
Resolve design conflicts between disciplines and ensure multidisciplinary coordination.
Provide technical support and guidance to site and project teams on architectural matters.
Maintain comprehensive documentation of submissions, revisions, approvals, and design clarifications.
Bachelor’s Degree in Architecture or Architectural Engineering.
5–10 years experience in architectural coordination for contracting and consulting projects (UAE/GCC preferred).
Proficient in AutoCAD, Revit, and other architectural design software.
Strong understanding of construction documentation, detailing, and design standards.
Experience in reviewing and coordinating designs across multiple disciplines.
Excellent communication, coordination, and problem-solving skills.
Ability to manage multiple projects and meet strict deadlines.
Familiarity with QA/QC procedures and site execution requirements.
