We are looking for an enthusiastic and detail-oriented Events Intern to support our Events Team. This role is ideal for a motivated individual who is eager to gain hands-on experience in planning, coordinating, and executing high-profile events in a luxury hospitality environment.
Key Responsibilities:
Assist the Events Team in planning and coordinating meetings, conferences, weddings, and special events Support the team during site inspections, client meetings, and event days Help prepare event proposals, contracts, and function sheets Coordinate with internal departments such as F&B, Banquets, AV, Housekeeping, and Sales Assist with event setup, breakdown, and on-site coordination Maintain event files, schedules, and guest lists Ensure events are delivered in line with 5-star service standards
Requirements:
Currently studying or recently graduated in Hospitality, Events Management, Business, or a related field Strong organizational and time-management skills Excellent communication and interpersonal skills Proactive, eager to learn, and able to work in a fast-paced environment Good knowledge of MS Office (Word, Excel, Power Point) Flexibility to work evenings, weekends, and public holidays as required
