Role Overview

The Supply Chain & International Procurement Executive is responsible for managing end-to-end sourcing, procurement, production coordination, and logistics for Traffik 360’s local, regional, and international projects. The role supports experiential marketing activations, branded merchandise, POSM, and custom production, ensuring optimal cost, quality, timelines, and compliance across multiple markets.

This role is critical in supporting Traffik 360’s fast-paced, project-driven environment and requires strong experience within advertising, branding, promotional merchandise, or experiential agencies.

Key Responsibilities

Procurement & Sourcing

               •            Manage all local, regional, and international sourcing and procurement activities in line with client briefs and project requirements.

               •            Source, negotiate, and purchase promotional items, POSM, custom-made products, and production materials from approved local and international suppliers.

               •            Strong focus on Far East sourcing (China) for promotional items and custom production.

               •            Obtain and present minimum three quotations per job for commercial and quality comparison.

               •            Evaluate supplier quotations against technical specifications, timelines, and commercial requirements.

               •            Develop, issue, and manage Purchase Orders in line with supplier quotations and internal approvals.

Production & Sample Management

               •            Coordinate local and international production of POSM, giveaways, and branded merchandise.

               •            Manage sample requests, mock-ups, pre-production samples, and approvals prior to mass production.

               •            Ensure production quality aligns with approved samples and client expectations.

Supply Chain & Logistics

               •            Manage end-to-end order flow from procurement through production, shipping, and final delivery.

               •            Oversee logistical requirements including shipping methods, documentation, customs clearance, and destination delivery.

               •            Ensure compliance with regional and international import/export regulations (GCC, KSA, UAE, and other relevant markets).

               •            Proactively manage timelines to meet tight activation and campaign deadlines.

Vendor & Supplier Management

               •            Build, maintain, and continuously improve Traffik 360’s supplier and production network.

               •            Evaluate supplier performance based on quality, pricing, delivery reliability, and service levels.

               •            Resolve routine supply, quality, service, and invoicing issues with vendors.

               •            Negotiate favorable commercial terms while maintaining long-term supplier relationships.

Systems, Reporting & Process

               •            Maintain accurate and up-to-date records using Traffik 360 CRM, Wunderlist, and internal reporting tools.

               •            Track orders, deliveries, costs, and supplier performance daily.

               •            Work consistently to achieve optimal quality and cost efficiency in line with company workflows and ISO standards.

               •            Support continuous improvement of procurement and supply chain processes.

Collaboration & Support

               •            Advise internal teams on purchasing terms, lead times, feasibility, and cost implications.

               •            Support Client Servicing teams with timely sourcing solutions and cost-effective alternatives.

               •            Undertake ad-hoc operational duties as required to support live projects and activations.

Experience & Background

Mandatory

               •            Proven experience working in advertising, branding, promotional merchandise, or experiential marketing agencies.

               •            Minimum 3 years’ experience in procurement, sourcing, or supply chain roles.

Strong Advantage

               •            Experience sourcing promotional items and custom products from China / Far East markets.

               •            Experience handling POSM, giveaways, branded merchandise, and BTL marketing solutions.

Education & Technical Skills

               •            Bachelor’s degree in Supply Chain, Procurement, Business, or related field

               •            Strong knowledge of:

               •            Promotional merchandise & POSM

               •            Branding & below-the-line marketing solutions

               •            Logistics and international shipping

               •            Excellent computer skills:

               •            Microsoft Excel, Word, PowerPoint

               •            ERP / CRM systems experience is a plus
