Internal Surveillance Program of the Sector
- Participate and support in the implementation of internal surveillance program to ascertain compliance with standards
Document Management
- Maintain a comprehensive record of relevant reports, recommendations and general documents related to SS&P section.
- Receive, classify, and consolidate documents and information, maintaining records of documents processed according to standard procedures to facilitate the use by Management.
- Organise and maintain the section filing system to ensure compliance with GCAA record management procedures (Archiving activities).
- Investigate and research files and documents in order to establish or clarify facts required to progress queries raised internally or externally.
- Maintain and organise the retention of approved manuals and other related documents for quick reference
- Maintain and update a register for SS&P section achievements
- Provide assistance to PRP department personal upon request of line manager
Policies, Systems, Processes and Procedures
- Carry out all administrative activities related to internal standards in accordance with the set policies, procedures and guidelines.
- Follow Safety Affairs functional policies, systems, processes, procedures and controls.
- Control and monitor GCAA assets under their jurisdiction to ensure optimal utilization of them.
- Support Specialist and Managers through scheduling appointments to ease their administrative workload.
Reports
- Ensure that all functional reports are prepared timely and accurately and meet GCAA requirements and quality standards.
- Ensure that all reports are archived in the section shared folder for easy reference.
Health, Safety ,Quality and Environment within GCAA
- Ensure compliance with all relevant health, safety, quality and environmental management procedures and controls to guarantee employee safety, legislative compliance, delivery of high-quality products/services and a responsible environmental attitude as per IMS available standards

Other Tasks/ Accountability
- Perform additional tasks relevant to the role / area of expertise as requested by the management to be able to achieve the objectives/commitments.
- Participate and support in the organization of ASAS conferences, PRP workshops and SS&P section activities.
