the Role
We are seeking an experienced Fleet Sales Manager to lead and expand
the fleet sales operations within the UAE market. The ideal candidate will have
a strong automotive background, exceptional relationship management skills, and
a proven track record of driving fleet business performance across corporate,
government, and leasing sectors.
Key
Responsibilities
- Develop and execute effective fleet sales strategies to achieve market share and volume targets.
- Build and maintain long-term relationships with corporate clients, leasing companies, and government entities.
- Identify new business opportunities and manage the entire sales cycle—from prospecting and proposal to negotiation and contract closure.
- Collaborate closely with internal departments including marketing, aftersales, and finance to ensure optimal customer satisfaction and business efficiency.
- Monitor market trends, competitor activities, and pricing strategies to maintain a competitive advantage.
- Prepare regular performance reports, forecasts, and action plans for senior management.
- Support local dealerships and partners with
fleet sales training, product knowledge, and sales support initiatives.
Requirements- Bachelor’s degree in Business Administration, Marketing, or a related field (Master’s preferred).
- Minimum 6–8 years of experience in automotive sales with a focus on fleet or B2B segments.
- Strong understanding of UAE automotive market dynamics and corporate fleet operations.
- Excellent communication, negotiation, and presentation skills.
- Strategic thinker with the ability to drive results and deliver under pressure.
- UAE driving license and willingness to travel across the country as required.
