You will be able to add value from the off and due to the client's timeframe able to start employment before the 10th of February 2026 LATEST.
As Project Director you will be based on site responsible for the performance, program and profitability of this project.
The Operations Manager is looking to appoint someone that can grow into a Projects Director role over time where you can handle 2-4 Projects with a combined value of 1.8-2.4 Billion AED.
As Project Director you will have the desire and ambition to make this project your own. Driving design, planning and progress ensuring a safe and happy team are delivering to clients wishes and expectations. Working alongside an experience Commercial Manager that will drive procurement, cost & contracts.
You will protect the entitlement and progress whilst keeping the client positively engaged and informed.
The Operations Manager will not accept any ego's only team players. This attitude & culture is ingrained from top to bottom within the group.
Duties:

• Provide support and guidance to the site teams to facilitate delivery of construction, coordinating logistics, permitting, commissioning and handover activities to contractual technical, budget, schedule and quality requirements
• Interface with Construction Supervisors and the Controls and Commercial Teams to ensure consistent reporting of a level that allows timely decisions to be made
• Interface with the Engineering Team to ensure the appropriate level of support is provided to the site teams to facilitate design solutions if needed

Non Negotiable Requirements for this client :

• Significant construction experience in a Project Director / Senior Project Manager capacity leading a team in the UAE over the past 5 Years.
• CV shows solid employment dates / history for Tier 1 BUILDING Main Contractors (Not TIER 3)
• FIDIC contract experience in the UAE 
• Candidates must have exposure to bid it win it experience
• BSc in Relevant Construction Degree / 15 Years Post Graduate Minimum 
• Clear English & Communication skills, must be able to lead a team of 50 + on site, drive the supply chain and represent the business in a professional manner with client & external stakeholders
