JOB TITLE: OPERATIONS SUPERVISOR - WATER & PRODUCTION

This is a contract position based in Abu Dhabi

KEY RESPONSIBILITIES:

• Provide direct oversight and mentorship to contractors to effectively execute the client’s water and production strategies, with a focus on cost reduction and safety compliance.

  
  

• Verify accuracy of daily measurements and reports

  
  

• Ensure timely and reliable fluid delivery to completions sites

  
  

• Maintain accountability for production output and delivery performance

  
  

• Enforce and uphold health, safety, and environmental standards in all daily operations.

  
  

• Assist in troubleshooting and resolving field-level operational issues

  
  

• Collaborate closely with Completions Supervisors and facility operators to optimize water and production management and maintain facility integrity

  
  

• Coordinate and supervise service contractors, including mechanical, maintenance, instrumentation, electrical, road maintenance, and fluid handling teams

  
  

• Act as a field liaison with cross-functional teams, including Drilling, Completions, Facilities, Lease Construction, and HSSE, to ensure cohesive operations

  
  

• Promote adherence to company policies, corporate values, community engagement standards, and the Code of Business Conduct & Ethics.

  
  

ESSENTIAL QUALIFICATIONS AND SKILLS:

• High School Diploma, or an equivalent combination of education and experience

  
  

• Related experience with progressive responsibilities in water handling and production operations.

  
  

• Proficiency in Microsoft Office, including Outlook, Excel, PowerPoint and Word, as well as SCADA is required

  
  

• Experience with SiteView and EAM systems is considered an asset

  
  

• Current valid certification in WHMIS, H2S, TDG, Confined Space, First Aid & CPR

  
  

• Sound organizational, time management and prioritizing skills, with the ability to work under pressure, multi-task and move from one priority to another while maintaining a high level of accuracy and attention to detail

  
  

• Strong interpersonal and communication skills are required

  
  

• Must be able to work independently, take initiative and demonstrate leadership qualities in a fast-paced environment

  
  

• Always demonstrates safe behaviors and practices

  
  

• As this is a Safety Sensitive Position, must be able to pass pre-employment checks and pre-access drug & alcohol screening

  
  

• Valid class 5 driver’s license (or equivalent) with a clean driver’s abstract

  
  

• The rotation schedule is 30 days on and 24 days off.
