About the Role
An established organization is seeking a PR & BTL Marketing
Specialist to support brand visibility, engagement, and lead generation
through public relations and below-the-line (BTL) initiatives. The role is
responsible for planning and executing on-ground activations, events,
sponsorships, and PR activities aligned with the overall marketing strategy.
Key Responsibilities
- Develop and execute PR and BTL plans to support brand, product launches, and key campaigns across the UAE.
- Manage events, roadshows, exhibitions, and in-mall/field activations, ensuring on-brand execution and strong ROI.
- Coordinate with agencies and vendors for production, logistics, branding materials, and activation staffing.
- Draft and localize press releases, statements, and media materials in coordination with the central marketing/PR team.
- Build and maintain relationships with media, influencers, and partners to secure coverage and brand visibility.
- Monitor and report on BTL and PR campaign performance, including leads, footfall, engagement, and media metrics.
- Ensure all on-ground activities comply with brand guidelines and local regulations.
- Support digital and social media teams with content and coverage derived from events and activations.
Requirements- Bachelor’s degree in Marketing, Communications, PR, or a related field.
- 4–6 years of experience in marketing with hands-on exposure to PR and BTL/activations in the UAE market.
- Strong understanding of local media landscape, event management, and consumer engagement tactics.
- Proven experience managing agencies, suppliers, and budgets for events and activations.
- Excellent written and verbal communication skills; Arabic language skills are an advantage.
- Strong project management, multitasking, and stakeholder management capabilities.
