About the Job



An exciting opportunity has arisen for a Door Attendant to join Jumeirah Beach Hotel.



The main duties and responsibilities of this role include:  



  • Greet all guests entering and leaving the hotel entrance, using appropriate salutations to maintain a welcoming atmosphere. 


  • Open the car door for all guests arriving or leaving from the main entrance, greeting them with a warm smile and welcoming them on arrival and departure. 


  • Coordinate with bell attendants to ensure luggage and parcels are removed from vehicles of arriving guests and arrange for their delivery to guest rooms. 


  • Handle the safe storage of luggage in the storeroom, ensuring it is always kept clean and tidy. 


  • Hail taxis for guests using the designated taxi company, open taxi doors, and help guests to be seated, providing appropriate assistance as required. 


  • Receive incoming packages, letters, and documents for guests, record their acceptance, and arrange timely delivery to the recipients. 


  • Identify and assist with security matters as the first point of contact for guests checking in, ensuring any security risks are minimized.
