Job Purpose
dnata Airport Operations’ vast ground handling operations successfully service the major global hub that is Dubai International Airport. We deliver a seamless experience from check-in to baggage delivery for more than 80 million passenger and 140 scheduled airlines annually.
As a Commercial Engagement Coordinator you will, support dnata Commercial & Business Development department by engaging B2B customers and internal/external stakeholders through comprehensive communication campaigns under the direction of the Manager Commercial and with the support of Group Corporate Communication, Marketing & Brand.
In this role, you will:
- Plan
-Design, plan and implement communication campaigns mapped to the different customer segments and stakeholders.
-Personalise customer engagement through campaigns management. - Deploy
-Manage outbound communication by sourcing contents in cooperation with internal and external stakeholders.
- Draft and deliver critical business communication through different channels in line with Corporate Communication strategy. - Lead
- Develop any required marketing support as per the department strategy and in cooperation with Corporate Communication department to continuously promote our product offering demonstrating dnata as a leader in the industry.
-Apply standards and requirements as per the brand guidelines. - Execute
-Support internally the NPS/Customer survey communication to drive high responses and customer’s advocacy.
-Manage customers engagement and invitation to corporate events, support on site as required.
-Track expenditure associated with activities, ensuring costs are within budget and escalating any variances as appropriate.
-Update and maintain Salesforce CRM with all relevant information pertaining to campaign management.
-Support the department with responses to tenders as and when required.
Qualification
To be considered for the role, you must meet the below requirements:
- Degree or Honours (12+3 or equivalent) and experience in a communication/marketing role, ideally in a global organisation.
- Experience in Digital campaign management for B2B.
- Proficiency in English, written and oral.
- Excellent verbal and written communication abilities.
- Strong organisational and multi-tasking skills.
- Proficient in MS Office and CRM/project management software.
