In this individual contributor role, you will establish a strong link between the marketing department and other teams to enhance the customer experience and contribute to company goals. By working closely with internal marketing units and external agencies, you will execute the brand strategy and follow up on the annual marketing calendar to ensure a consistent message across all channels.
Responsibilities
- Responsible for brand marketing, content creation, and communication efforts within the Gulf Region.
- Establish a strong communication link between the marketing department and other teams to enhance customer experience.
- Work closely with all relevant marketing teams (media, digital, influencer, CRM, creative) to ensure consistency of the brand message in every channel.
- Help set the style, tone, and language of content by analyzing existing data and closely watching regional competitors.
- Contribute to and execute the brand strategy for the annual marketing calendar in defined markets and categories.
- Analyze competitors and industry best practices on various brand marketing efforts and on content creation.
- Work closely with creative and media agencies to follow up on daily tasks and project execution.
- Proactively identify market opportunities and deliver business-focused output of excellent quality.
Expected Qualifications
- Bachelor's or Master’s Degree preferably in Engineering, Management, Economics, or other related departments.
- Minimum 8 years of experience in either FMCG, retail, e-commerce, or fashion sectors, preferably in an international setting.
- Data-driven, result-oriented, and an analytical thinker with a high sense of responsibility.
- Strong communication skills and a pursuit of creativity with excellent written and verbal English.
- Ability to multi-task, prioritize tasks, and coordinate different parties of the projects.
- Great initiative taker with the ability to initiate projects through ideas that have high business contribution.
- No restrictions for travelling.
