We are looking for an experienced and motivated Real Estate Agent to join our growing team in Dubai. The ideal candidate has strong knowledge of the Dubai property market, proven sales experience, and the ability to build long-term relationships with clients.

Key Responsibilities:

• Manage and close property sales and leasing transactions in Dubai
• Handle company-provided leads and generate new business opportunities
• Advise clients on market conditions, prices, mortgages, and legal requirements
• Conduct property viewings and negotiations with buyers, sellers, and landlords
• Maintain accurate records of clients and properties in the CRM system
• Build and maintain a strong portfolio of listings
• Ensure excellent customer service throughout the entire sales process

Requirements:

• Minimum 1 year of experience as a Real Estate Agent in Dubai
• Strong knowledge of the Dubai real estate market and RERA regulations
• Excellent communication and negotiation skills
• Fluent in English (additional languages are a plus)
• Self-motivated, target-driven, and results-oriented
• Ability to work independently and as part of a team
