Overview of position:
The Talent Sourcing and Executive Search Specialist drives CTG’s ability to connect clients with the hard-to-find, high-impact talent they need. Combining deep market insight, advanced sourcing strategies, and hands-on candidate engagement, this role turns complex talent challenges into actionable solutions—delivering results under pressure while shaping diverse, inclusive, and deployment-ready talent pipelines.
Role objectives
Global Roster Implementation and Management
- Support and implement CTG’s global roster management strategy in close collaboration with support services teams, ensuring rosters are clearly structured by function, region, and sector.
- Align roster development with current and anticipated client needs to ensure strategic relevance and rapid deployment capability.
- In collaboration with the communications team, design and launch targeted roster campaigns to attract high-quality, diverse candidates in priority markets, and maintain ongoing communication with vetted roster members to sustain engagement, readiness, and long-term interest in CTG opportunities.
- Implement scalable and cost-effective screening and vetting approaches, leveraging digital tools and internal expertise.
- Embed gender-responsive and inclusive recruitment practices across all roster activities.
Executive Search & Client Delivery
- At project initiation, advise clients and internal teams on local labour markets, talent availability, and sourcing challenges to define realistic scope, timelines, and expectations.
- Lead executive search and sourcing projects for mid- and senior-level roles, including in fragile, remote, or highly specialised contexts.
- Act as the primary client contact throughout the assignment, ensuring alignment on profiles, timelines, and deliverables.
- Design and adapt sourcing strategies based on market intelligence, client feedback, and evolving requirements.
- Monitor project costs (including staff time and tools) to ensure delivery within budget and in line with CTG’s pricing and profitability objectives.
- Work closely with internal support services teams to ensure smooth, end-to-end project delivery.
Talent Mapping & Sourcing Strategy
- Apply a structured talent mapping approach, moving from relevant industries to target organisations and individual profiles.
- Source talent across regional and global markets, including GCC, MENA, and international pools, with a consistent focus on diversity and inclusion.
- Use advanced sourcing tools and data-driven search techniques to identify and engage both active and passive candidates.
- Leverage a broad mix of sourcing channels, including professional networks, referrals, alumni networks, CTG’s candidate database, targeted advertising, and niche job boards.
Candidate Screening & Assessment
- Implement structured, technology-enabled screening workflows tailored to each role and client.
- Use role-specific pre-screening questions and AI-supported CV screening to assess mandatory criteria such as experience, qualifications, language skills, mobility, and budget alignment, while improving consistency and reducing bias.
- Conduct in-depth manual reviews using clear assessment criteria to evaluate experience, competencies, and overall fit.
- Carry out short exploratory interviews or surveys to assess motivation and suitability.
- Actively monitor diversity throughout longlisting and shortlisting processes.
- Support clients with interview preparation and coordinate competency, technical, or language assessments where required.

Skills
Key competencies
- Experience: Minimum 5 years in talent acquisition, executive search, or strategic recruitment with experience working in complex or fragile operational contexts is a strong asset.
- Education: University degree in Business Management, Social Sciences, Human Resources, Law, Psychology or any related field.
- Language: Fluent in English (written – verbal)
Skills:
- Proven expertise in talent mapping, local labour market analysis, and targeted sourcing across regional and international markets.
- Demonstrated ability to identify, approach, and vet specialised and hard-to-source profiles using professional networks and advanced search techniques.
- Experience managing end-to-end search assignments, advising clients on sourcing strategies, timelines, and talent availability.
- Strong assessment and judgement skills, combining structured screening with in-depth candidate evaluation.
- Solid understanding of inclusive and gender-responsive recruitment practices.
- Excellent communication skills and confidence working with digital and AI-enabled sourcing tools.
- Experience managing multiple, highly strategic search projects simultaneously, delivering under tight deadlines and pressure.
- Strong collaboration skills, with the ability to work effectively in multicultural and cross-functional teams.
Team management: This role has no team management responsibilities.
