At TK Elevator UAE, you will be supporting the Procurement Department in their below activities:
Activities of the Department:
· Procurement from TKE factories
· Local and Overseas Procurement
· Third Party Parts Procurement
· Sub-contractors Management
· Logistics – by Air and Sea, Customs Clearance
· Vendor Qualification and Evaluation
· e-Auctions
Reports to the Procurement Manager and support the Procurement team.
· Sending RFQs to the Suppliers and Sub-contractors
· Follow up with suppliers for Quotes, especially with Sub-contractors
· Follow up on delivery of orders, especially the urgent ones
· Track and update the open orders list with the delivery status
· Follow up with other Departments to close the delivered orders
· Verify the Statement of Accounts received from suppliers before processing their payments
· Follow up with Finance on timely process of payments
· Support Procurement team in their day-to-day activities
